We have been baking up a storm & concocting all kinds of magical matcha desserts & dishes since the release of our Seabuckthorn Wellness Matcha last month. A breakfast staple in my house is Chia Pudding (often with some kind of spin on the traditional) – and not to be bias but this is by far the best recipe I have tried so far.
The ingredients in this Chia Pudding help to regulate hormones, reduce inflammation, promote beautiful glowing skin, & provide a great source of plant based omegas.
Seabuckthorn Wellness Matcha Chia Seed Pudding (recipe)
2 cups hemp milk (or other milk of choice)
6 tbsp. chia seeds
1.5 tsp Seabuckthorn Wellness Matcha
1 tsp vanilla extract
Sweeten as desired with a couple drops of stevia or up to 2 tbsp. maple syrup, agave, or honey.
Mix ingredients in a mason jar (easiest way) *shake shake shake* and let sit for 8 hours or overnight. Top with favourite fruit & enjoy.
